Optic 2000, France’s leading optician brand with more than 1,200 stores, asked Brandimage to create its new retail concept to enhance the customer experience and to express the brand’s commitment to its positioning: a new outlook on life.
Brandimage enhanced the personality of the Optic 2000 brand by creating a new, memorable retail experience. We rejuvenated the layout of the traditional optician store to dramatize the company’s perspective on the latest concepts and trends in the optics market. Brandimage transformed the store to highlight Optic 2000’s image and products at the center of the boutique. We designed a modular, custom furniture range, allowing opticians to manage their sales area according to their needs and to pace the customer’s journey. The customer experience is further enhanced through the integration of multiple digital and technological tools that develop an intelligent, connected relationship between the customer and the brand.
Brandimage was awarded with the 2016 Janus du Commerce award for Optic 2000.
