Engaged in an ambitious upmarket strategy, Air France sought to reassert itself as the global standard for premium travel, offering a luxurious in-flight experience through attentive service and high-quality products. Brandimage developed a comprehensive brand identity program to completely overhaul all customer touchpoints based on Air France’s focus on providing a pleasurable and elegant travel experience.
Brandimage achieved this lofty goal by accompanying customers on every step of their journey, designing a visual territory to reflect the airline’s core values. We designed key implementations that offer Air France passengers a luxurious travel experience, including all new airport lounges worldwide; new cabin environments that provide greater comfort; and new digital applications to ease the travel experience.
