BlueLink specializes in high-end remote client relationship management. The company belongs to the AIR FRANCE KLM group, for which it manages their Flying Blue clients, the first European frequent flyer program. Created in 1992 under the name “Fréquence Plus Services,” the enterprise became “BlueLink” on April 2, 2008, and has developed an international clientele. After taking on the creation of BlueLink’s new identity, Brandimage was chosen to create the new site. The brand is now positioned as a top-tier player in the CRM market.
To affirm BlueLink’s added value and to differentiate the brand in a complex competitive market, we designed an internet site that highlights the company’s quality of services. BlueLink’s expertise lies with its staff, so they are placed at the heart of communication through photos we conceived especially for the site. The graphic chart pairs the distinguished colors of blue and dove grey with a warm, vibrant color palette reflecting the warm interpersonal contact and friendliness that characterize their profession. Flash modules make the visit lively and fluid. We partnered with BlueLink from the program’s concept phase through the full realization of the site’s launch in April 2009.
